The Odyssey’s Sea. Brilliant. Watched the film last Saturday. At 2/3 of it, I suddenly felt exhausted: sensory overload. Calypso offered me relief- literally. For a few minutes, Odysseus allows himself to float, cradled by the Sea... But Nolan’s story sails away with him. Calypso watching him leave ( not clinging) is THE Goddess of the movie. Which I too enjoyed
